THE INSTALLATION OF AEROSPACE CAPITAL SYSTEMS ONTO THE FREGAT UPPER STAGE FRAME HAS BEEN COMPLETED AT THE AITB AT VOSTOCHNY COSMODROME
As part of the “Ionosphere-M” No. 3–4 mission's secondary payload, 17 CubeSat spacecraft of Russian commercial customers are integrated into 5 Aerospace deployers.
Specifically:
- КА The 16U cubesat “InnoSat16” by Geoscan Group in an Aerospace 16U deployer;
- 8 × 3U cubesats by Geoscan Group in two Aerospace 12U deployers (4×3U each);
- 4 × 3U cubesats from a Russian commercial customer for the “AstroLine” space mission in an Aerospace 12U deployer (4×3U);
- 4 × 3U cubesats of a Russian commercial customer in an Aerospace 12U deployer (4×3U).
All the mentioned satellites will be launched as part of the “Ionosphere-M” No. 3–4 mission aboard a Soyuz-2 rocket with a Fregat upper stage. The mission operator is Roscosmos State Corporation, while Glavkosmos JSC (part of Roscosmos) serves as the lead integrator for the secondary payload and provides launch services.
